Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Support the account management team by preparing client and employee-facing materials, conducting benefit education meetings, managing the full client lifecycle, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation
- Review enrollment and master applications for accuracy, adhere to service models and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless, high-quality service
- Represent the firm professionally at community events while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a unified, proactive client experience
Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with the ability to read and interpret SPDs, insurance certificates, and contracts
- Strong communication skills to explain complex benefit topics clearly and document activities accurately
- Solid mathematical ability, including calculating figures and applying basic math concepts
