Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to represent clients in litigation matters, gain hands-on courtroom experience, and collaborate closely with seasoned trial attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
- Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and paralegals
- Participate in case strategy discussions and client communications
Skills
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada State Bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Solid understanding of state and federal court procedures
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience in medical malpractice and or general liability
