Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting

I am currently searching for a remote Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting for a growing and impressive public Biotech.

The Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, would be responsible for SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and the management of a small team.

To be considered as a Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, you must have the following:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience that includes life science experience
• This experience must include SEC reporting, US GAAP and technical accounting
• Open to someone who is coming from public accounting that has worked with pharma/biotech
• Open to someone who is at a pharma/biotech
• Public experience is preferred
• Management experience

Candidates who are CPA qualified and/or based on the East Coast and/or with Big 4 experience would be preferred.
