Associate Product Manager
Uwill is the leading mental health and wellness solution for colleges, schools, and students. They are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to shape the future of their mental health teletherapy platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product strategy and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of product roadmaps for 1–2 assigned product lines
- Develop clear product requirements and manage product backlog
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help inform product decisions and measure success
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure successful product/feature rollouts
- Partner closely with Customer Support to help investigate, triage, and resolve product issues
- Identify and help implement AI-driven opportunities that improve both the product experience and internal team efficiency
Skills
- 0-3 years experience in a technical, clinical, or business role where you contributed to the growth of a software or healthcare product
- Past experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment
- Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with user research, data analysis, and testing methodologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, psychology) or equivalent experience
- Experience in mental health, teletherapy, or digital health products
- Experience with product, analytics, or project management tools
- Familiarity with healthcare or mental health industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge of regulatory and privacy requirements in healthcare (e.g. HIPAA compliance)
- Strong interest in AI-powered products and internal workflow automation
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
