Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, vision, and goals, and translate these into application requirements and specifications that meet their needs.
• Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to detail and excellence, working collaboratively with our knowmad mood teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Atlassian Technical Sales Professional: Hold at least two Atlassian technical certifications, demonstrating your expertise in Atlassian solutions.
• Atlassian Administration: Have extensive experience with Atlassian Administration, including Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Jira Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Jira filters, reporting, and custom dashboards, as well as experience customizing Jira workflows for multiple projects.
• Agile Environment: Be comfortable working in an agile environment with Scrum/agile planning, and have experience implementing and integrating Atlassian solutions in such environments.
• Atlassian Consulting Experience: Have at least three years of experience in Atlassian consulting and ITSM implementation and/or system integration.
• Language Skills: Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Atlassian Certifications: Hold additional Atlassian certifications, such as Atlassian Certified Application Developer or Atlassian Certified System Administrator.
• Cloud Experience: Have experience working with Atlassian cloud solutions, including Atlassian Cloud, Jira Cloud, and Confluence Cloud.
• Scripting and Automation: Possess scripting and automation skills, including experience with tools like Python, PowerShell, or Groovy.
