Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

This is a 1099 commission-only role with uncapped residual income earning potential, designed for experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurial self-starters.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and provide leads
• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
• Track activities and performance metrics
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
• Follow up and nurture leads consistently
• Use ClickUp for task and pipeline management

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Tech, web, or app development sales experience is a plus
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• CRM experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive

Compensation & Earning Potential

Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings
• $5,000–$25,000+ per month typical earnings
• Top performers routinely exceed this range
• Multiple six-figure annual income potential
