### Role Overview
We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact a pre-qualified list of leads that we provide.
You will NOT need to find leads.
Your only focus:
Call the list
Start conversations
Book qualified appointments

### Responsibilities
- Call contacts from our provided lead list (no prospecting required)
- Introduce our services in a clear and engaging way
- Identify interest and qualify potential clients
- Schedule meetings directly into our calendar
- Log call outcomes and notes
- Follow up with interested leads when needed

### Ideal Candidate
- Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural)
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting

- Organized and consistent with daily call targets

### Compensation
- Base pay: $5–$10/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus: $20–$50 per qualified booked meeting
- Performance-based growth opportunities

### Success Metrics
- Number of calls made
- Conversations per day
- Qualified appointments booked
