We are conducting a research study on how large B2C companies use customer feedback and Voice of Customer (VoC) practices to improve customer retention, personalization, and business decision-making.

We are looking to speak with senior professionals from large companies who have hands-on experience with Customer Experience (CX), customer insights, feedback analytics, or related areas.

Ideal participants may currently work as:

- Head of Customer Experience (CX)

- Director of Customer Experience

- Head of Voice of Customer (VoC)

- Customer Insights Lead / Manager

- CX Lead / CX Manager

- Head of Customer Analytics

- Customer Success Lead

- Product / Analytics leaders involved in customer feedback initiatives

Relevant experience includes:

- Voice of Customer (VoC) programs

- NPS / CSAT / customer feedback systems

- Customer insights & analytics

- Text analytics (NLP, sentiment analysis)

- Customer journey & retention analysis

- Personalization based on customer data

- Feedback-driven business decisions

Interview details

Format: online interview via Zoom

Duration: 60-80 minutes
