As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Managing Director, responsible for managing and coordinating our business, from the operational, commercial and growth perspective. Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, you will create and evolve the structure, processes and flow of the company, in an optimal, scalable and repeatable manner.

Tasks

Strategy:

Define brand vision and strategic direction, ensuring maximum market fit and profitability

Lead the delivery and execution of this strategy, within the constraints of the relevant regulatory frameworks

Commercial:

Lead, drive and execute commercial, and business development activities:

Commercial strategy and planning

Marketing, PR, Advertising, Networking

Product:

Be responsible for product research and innovation ideation, keeping our product aligned with market trends and evolution and exploiting new/untapped opportunities

Shape the brands to maximize unique selling points and build new product long term value across different markets

Operations:

Own day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition, retention, player operations and casino management

Own relationship with 3rd party providers, including Platform Provider (TMA), negotiating SLAs, deliverables and timelines, identifying priorities

Identify and establish clear framework for procedures and flows across all player touch points

Compliance:

Ensure the business is always in compliance with market requirements, in the context of a fast-changing regulatory landscape

Manage risks and create opportunity for business growth in new and existing markets

Coordinate compliance input from internal and external providers

Secure new markets readiness and compliance

Financials:

Own P&L, responsible for the financial success of the company

Run budgeting exercises and secure funding from group level

Analyze financials and report on group level, as needed

Culture:

Champion company culture and values locally, ensuring alignment with the groups
standards

Establish and enable cross-team alignment and structure

Lead and develop teams for success and foster strong ownership

Requirements

5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory

Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility

Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy

Ability to monitor and improve casino performance

Experience leading small, lean teams

Willingness to work hands, where needed

Strong communication skills

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs.

Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products

Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
