Requirements

2 to 5 years of backend development experience

Proficient in at least one language (Go, Rust, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#)

Strong system design, data structures, and networking knowledge

Demonstrated ability to ship real-world projects (OSS, side projects, or production systems)

Comfortable working independently and communicating asynchronously

Curious mindset and passion for continuous learning

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend systems across various domains

Take full ownership of at least one active client project

Contribute to architectural decisions and implementation strategy

Collaborate with remote engineers and startups across time zones

Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services
