pstrongspanOpportunity: Banquet Server/span/strong/ppspan /span/ppspanSet up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards./span/ppspanbr /strongYour Growth Path/strong /span/ppspanBanquet Captain – Assistant Banquet Manager –Banquet Manager/span/ppspan /span/ppstrongspanYour Focus/span/strong/ppspan /span/pullispanSet up banquet room as instructed by supervisor./span/lilispanAttend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations./span/lilispanServe the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet./span/lilispanReplenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction./span/lilispanPromptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function./span/lilispanRespond to guest special requests and resolve guest complaints./span/lilispanAbide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages./span/lilispanFollow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program./span/lilispanPractice safe work habits; wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards./span/lilispanPerform other duties as requested by management./span/li/ulpstrongspanYour Background and Skills/span/strong/ppspan /span/pullispanHigh School diploma or equivalent./span/lilispanFood service experience a plus./span/lilispanAbility to remember and recite menu items./span/li/ulpstrongspanWork Environment and Context/span/strong/ppspan /span/pullispanWork schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends./span/lilispanRequires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching./span/li/ulpstrongspanWhat We Believe/span/strong/ppspan /span/ppspanPeople Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It/span/p
