Way Above ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team throughout Maryland. We provide individualized ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities in home and school settings.

Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data

Requirements

✔ Active BCBA Certification
✔ Maryland License (or eligibility to obtain)
✔ Experience supervising RBTs preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
