About the Role

This is a remote position with training, mentorship, and a structured onboarding process designed to help the right people gain traction quickly.
Whether you come from sales, athletics, leadership, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’re primarily looking for individuals who are coachable, competitive, and willing to grow.
What You’ll Do
• Meet virtually with clients to review financial protection options
• Help families evaluate life insurance and related financial strategies
• Follow a proven system and structured sales process
• Manage your schedule and pipeline remotely
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Leadership, athletic, sales, or customer service background is a plus
• Must be located in the United States

This position requires obtaining a state license, which we help guide candidates through during the onboarding process.
