Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in both English and a second language.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in a clear and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customer situations.

Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other customer support tools.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a remote setting).

Experience supporting clients across different time zones is an asset.

• Working Hours
• *

Full-time: 40 hours per week.

Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customers in various time zones.
