Bilingual Client Sales & Insights Manager
Circana is a global company dedicated to fostering inclusivity and belonging. The primary objective of the Manager Retail Client Sales & Insights role is to deliver client service support to the retailer for Circana Collaborative Gateway services, while also supporting the Retail Client Sales & Insights team to provide analytical insights and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships with the retailer and to engage in a consultative manner with the retailer when helping solve/manage content deliverables
- Communicate, verbally and in writing, essential Circana service details and process information so that retailer stakeholders understand key capabilities and benefits
- Work closely with senior retail client service team members to understand and analyze client issues, target relevant insights, and make timely recommendations
- Help retailer derive key strategic insights from various data types that Circana provides and become familiar with retailer issues – merchandising, marketing, operations, supply chain, and competitive landscape
- Support exceeding revenue and favorable data contract terms through quality delivery of solutions, reporting, and insights
- Build credibility with senior retail client service team members and contribute to an enthusiastic, client-focused team spirit
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or information technology preferred
- Circana technology knowledge in Unify+, exposure to DaaS and Intelligence Suite
- Knowledge of Circana solution, and exposure to Supply Chain
- 1-2 Years of solid experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Analytical experience is a must
- Native French speaking is a plus
- Tableau, Power BI, Supply Chain are assets
