iQor is seeking experienced Bilingual Call Center Representatives for the collection’s team. Qualified applicants will have astable work history in collections.

Work-From-Home Internet Requirements:

To be successful in this remote position, you must have:

· A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of:

o Download: 25 Mbps

o Upload: 10 Mbps

· A wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not supported for production work)

· A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace

· Ability to use a headset and softphone or VOIP system

· Equipment will be provided

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Place outbound calls and collect on past due balances.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.

Requirements
• Experience in collections required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
• Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
