Bilingual Customer & Operations Assistant (Remote)
Location: Latin America (Remote).
Language Requirements: English + Spanish.

We’re looking for a bilingual (English\/Spanish) team member who can help us manage daily operations, customer communication, and support our cleaners from afar.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• \u260E\uFE0F Cold call and follow up with potential clients in English.
• \uD83D\uDCAC Reach out to existing and past customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• \uD83D\uDCF2 Post and engage on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using our templates and content ideas.
• \uD83E\uDDF9 Communicate with cleaning staff in Spanish — help resolve scheduling or on-site issues.
• \uD83D\uDC81\u2640\uFE0F Handle customer support in English — respond to messages, confirm bookings, and solve small issues with empathy.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Speak fluent English and conversational or native Spanish.
• Are confident on the phone and comfortable selling or following up.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy helping others.
• Have experience in customer service, operations, or virtual assistance.
