The Opportunity

As our Managing Immigration Attorney, you will become the anchor of our legal team.

You will help transform vision into execution by ensuring:

Your ImpactYou Will Lead With Excellence
• Oversee and elevate all attorney work across humanitarian and family-based immigration matters
• Serve as the final voice on complex or high-risk filings
• Ensure legal strategies align with current law, policy, and best practices

• Set clear expectations and offer honest, constructive feedback
• Foster a professional culture rooted in ownership, collaboration, and respect

• Participate in attorney consultations, especially complex or high-impact cases
• Guide clients through difficult decisions with clarity and compassion
• Help ensure consults are ethical, confident, and aligned with our mission

• Identify risk early and address it decisively
• Serve as a steward of trust—for our clients, our team, and our reputation

Who This Role Is For

This role is for an attorney who:

What You Bring
• 5+ years of immigration law experience
• Deep familiarity with humanitarian relief (T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA)
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and operational mindset
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment

Compensation & Support
• Salary: $140,000–$155,000
• Performance Bonuses
