<p><span><span> <strong>PBS is seeking a Bilingual Service Drive Development Manager (APS Division </strong></span><span><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.advancedaps.com/" id="OWAf1c67e71-abd4-8e09-7913-e25aef71a9e1" target="_blank" data-auth="NotApplicable">www.advancedaps.com</a></span><span><strong>)</strong> who will play a key role in supporting our dealer partners in driving vehicle maintenance sales (Not responsible for Sales).

This position focuses on ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of APS solutions across our dealership network.</span></span></p>

<p><span>Key responsibilities include assisting with system installations and onboarding new dealerships, monitoring dealership performance and proactively engaging partners with low usage metrics, and sharing industry best practices to enhance results. The successful candidate will also provide updates on APS enhancements and act as a liaison by communicating customer feedback to internal operations and development teams to support continuous improvement of APS offerings.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span role="presentation">Working with OEM Dealers</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Training dealership staff on APS offerings in French and English</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Consulting dealerships to understand their current service drive processes</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Suggesting, training, and following up best practices to aid dealerships in getting the most out of APS offerings</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Oversee assigned territory accounts (Not responsible for Sales)</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Conduct demos as needed</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Assist in installing new accounts and maintaining current accounts, incl. training, price adjustments, new logins</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Responsible for monitoring/correcting low usage dealers</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Review and investigate all Apache notices related to accounts and customers</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Work with OEM Venders/Contractors (ie. Helm)</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Other duties as assigned</span></li>

<p><span>   <strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
</div>
<ul>
<li><span role="presentation">Post-secondary education or 3-5 years of dealership experience required</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Excellent communication skills in <strong>French and English</strong></span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Automotive dealership experience is required, with preference given to the following:</span>
<ul>
<li><span role="presentation">Service/Fixed Ops Manager</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">BDC or Appointment Coordinator with a focus on service</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Process driven Service Advisor</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Knowledge and use of DMS products required experience using PBS V10, a strong asset</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Strong technical aptitude</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span role="presentation">Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</span></li>
<li><span role="presentation">Excellent customer service skills</span></li>
