This position focuses on ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of APS solutions across our dealership network.</span></span></p></div><div data-mce-><p data-mce-><span data-mce->Key responsibilities include assisting with system installations and onboarding new dealerships, monitoring dealership performance and proactively engaging partners with low usage metrics, and sharing industry best practices to enhance results. The successful candidate will also provide updates on APS enhancements and act as a liaison by communicating customer feedback to internal operations and development teams to support continuous improvement of APS offerings.</span></p></div><div data-mce-><p data-mce-><span data-mce-> </span></p></div><div data-mce-><p data-mce-><span data-mce-><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p></div><ul><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Working with OEM Dealers</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Training dealership staff on APS offerings in French and English</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Consulting dealerships to understand their current service drive processes</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Suggesting, training, and following up best practices to aid dealerships in getting the most out of APS offerings</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Oversee assigned territory accounts (Not responsible for Sales)</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Conduct demos as needed</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Assist in installing new accounts and maintaining current accounts, incl. training, price adjustments, new logins</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Responsible for monitoring/correcting low usage dealers</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Review and investigate all Apache notices related to accounts and customers</span></li><li data-mce-><span role="presentation" data-mce->Work with OEM Venders/Contractors (ie.
