The role
We're looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Colombia. You'll own the end-to-end billing cycle for an assigned client portfolio across North and South America - ensuring invoices go out correctly, payments come in on time, and clients always have a reliable point of contact.

What you will do
Create invoices following established procedures

Review automatically generated invoices for accuracy and completeness

Perform monthly billing reconciliation between the ERP system and local Notas Fiscais

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on contract terms, payment status, and client requests

Manage inbound client communication - calls, emails, and support requests - responding promptly and professionally

Monitor and follow up with overdue accounts/debtors across the South American portfolio

What you bring
2+ years of experience in billing or other accounting process handling is preferable

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

1+ year experience in a leading customer-facing organization (B2B SaaS is an advantage)

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

Experience with Brazilian local invoicing

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently

Nice to have
Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese

Experience with ticketing systems

Experience working with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)

Practical experience with AI-powered tools
