Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

currently seeking a driven and empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized,
evidence-based treatment plans.

 Lead the implementation of behavior intervention strategies with a focus on
measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.

Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued
growth and success.

 Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent,
supportive environments for each client.

 Provide hands-on training and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff to ensure
quality and consistency of care.

 Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and
regulatory standards.

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification (required).

 New York LBA license and eMedNY Medicaid number (required).

Strong foundation in behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior
analysis.

Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.

 Confidence in data-driven decision making and treatment planning.

 Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage both families
and team members.

 A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
