Bookkeeper for 2025 Calendar Year

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle bookkeeping for the 2025 calendar year. This is a straightforward engagement focused on accuracy, clarity, and clean documentation that can be easily handed off to a tax professional.

Scope of Work:

- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts for 2025

- Categorize transactions accurately and consistently

- Incorporate a limited number of receipts and expenses that are not automatically captured through linked accounts

- Identify and flag unclear or questionable transactions for review

- Produce a clear, detailed financial summary suitable for CPA/tax preparation (P&L, balance sheet if applicable, expense breakdowns, etc.)

What I’m Looking For:

- Proven bookkeeping experience (small business or solo professional preferred)

- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with CPA-ready reporting standards

- Comfortable asking clarifying questions

- Reliable, organized, and responsive

Engagement Details:

- Coverage: Full calendar year 2025. Possible ongoing bookkeeping tasks for the right candidate

- Goal is a clean year-end package that can be handed directly to a tax professional with minimal back-and-forth
