Bookkeeper, QuickBooks
Job Description:
• Enter and maintain vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system
• Process payments in accordance with company procedures and deadlines
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Assist with accounts payable activities and invoice management
• Follow up with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with month-end bookkeeping and account reconciliation activities
• Generate and update financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements:
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience required
• Experience using Excel for reporting and spreadsheet management
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong work ethics with the ability to work independently
• Availability to work Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
