As a Business Analyst (all genders) at GK — a global leader in retail technology and part of the Fujitsu Group — you support analyst relations, develop market and product-related materials, and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, providing clear, decision-ready insights to senior leadership and helping to position GK’s innovative solutions on an international stage.

What You’ll Do

Analyst Relations

  • Coordinate and prepare GK’s responses to analyst RFIs, including internal content gathering, data validation, and submission management.

  • Research analyst firms, their methodologies, and the competitive landscape to support briefing preparation and positioning strategy.

  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and supporting content for analyst interactions and sessions.

  • Maintain and update internal repositories of analyst rankings, report mentions, and competitive intelligence for use by sales and pre-sales teams.

  • Manage NDAs, contracting, approval workflows, and financial processes related to analyst engagements and subscriptions.

Strategic Initiatives & GTM Support

  • Analyse requirements and coordinate across internal stakeholders to support GK’s strategic go-to-market initiatives in new geographies and market segments.

  • Act as a coordination and communication bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.

  • Prepare board updates, budget monitoring summaries, and escalation materials for senior leadership.

  • Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and produce regular progress reports across workstreams.

Reporting & Content

  • Keep sales, presales, and briefing documents current and ready for use.

  • Compile data and produce KPI reports and executive-ready summaries.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a background in retail software — whether as a vendor, consultant, or in a retailer-facing role.

  • Native or near-native English proficiency, with strong written communication skills and the ability to produce polished, senior-level content.

  • Solid technical, process, and commercial understanding of retail software — including how solutions are scoped, sold, and delivered.

  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, with experience coordinating between international stakeholders.

A strong advantage

  • Prior experience in analyst relations, market intelligence, or competitive positioning within enterprise software.

  • Familiarity with analyst firm processes (e.g. Forrester Wave, Gartner Magic Quadrant, IDC MarketScape).

  • Exposure to POS, unified commerce, or omnichannel retail technology.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
