Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Convert requirements into functional specs & user stories
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Ensure compliance with GxP / regulatory standards

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong Business Analysis & documentation skills
• Experience with PDM, Quality Systems, or Manufacturing Systems
• Background in Life Sciences domain
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:
• Experience with PDM tools / ELN (Labguru)
• Knowledge of system integrations & data flows
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO, GxP environments
