Position Overview:

This role will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and driving growth through strategic outreach efforts. This person will play a critical role in the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up discovery calls to expand business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads

Utilize tools such as MS Dynamics CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks or Aircall to research and engage prospects

Set up and schedule discovery calls with potential clients

Execute cold calling efforts to connect with potential leads and introduce our services

Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, contacts and outcomes in MS Dynamics CRM

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and engagement

 

Qualifications:

Someone who has researched and has an understanding of Enhesa, our services, and our value proposition

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar role

Proficiency with tools mentioned in the responsibilities section

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with potential clients

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

 

Rate:     10 to 12 USD per hour (depends on experience) 

Bonus:  $1,320 is the full OTE (uncapped), this would be split into 4 quarterly payments of $330 and would be based on performance against quota as per the standard BDE model

Working Hours: Required to work 40 hours per week either on US EST or UK hours. For this role our preference would be UK hours.
