Are you just as geeky about spices, tacos and coffee as we are? Paulig is looking for a Business Development Manager in APAC for our Branded business’ new Global Region team

As a Business Development Manager, APAC, you will have the exciting task to develop the business together with our amazing teams, in strong collaboration with our valued customers.

You will be based in Seoul, South Korea, and report to the Commercial Director, Global Region, and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe. We offer a time limited contract of 12 months with possibilities for extension. It is expected that you already live and have the permission to work in South Korea to be able to apply for this position.

What you will do

  • Develop Paulig’s business of selected categories in retail and OOH markets assigned to the position

    Maintain excellent relations with the assigned Customers

    Local brand building and A&P planning for the assigned markets and customers.

    Business responsibility over the assigned customers– including per customer strategy and plan creation

    Continuous evaluation of business performance against agreed KPIs

What we expect from you

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this

Experience of developing FMCG brands in the APAC region, preferably from a European F&B company

  • Experience from OOH and retail industry

  • Proven track record on business development

    Good presentation and organizational skills

    Fluency in Korean and/or Japanese, both oral and written

    Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written
