We are a fast growing B2B events brand in the US that produces curated, invite only experiences for founders, operators, and senior business leaders. Our events bring together high quality audiences and respected voices, creating real conversations and strong brand alignment opportunities.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own sponsor and partner acquisition end to end. This is a hands on role for someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach, relationship building, and closing sponsorship deals while maintaining a premium, white glove experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting brands with meaningful audiences and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You Will Do

Execute outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn DMs, and warm introductions to identify and engage potential sponsors

Reply quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries and convert interest into active opportunities

Build strong relationships with brand partnership directors, marketing officers, and sales directors

Pitch sponsorship and partnership opportunities clearly and confidently to senior decision makers

Customize messaging based on sponsor type, industry, and objectives while keeping a premium tone

Manage follow up sequences and deal progression from first contact through signed agreement

Track outreach, conversations, and deal stages in Google Sheets or CRM style workflows

Use ChatGPT to draft, refine, and iterate sponsor outreach, pitch angles, and follow up messages

Provide feedback on which sponsor profiles, value propositions, and messaging are converting best

What Success Looks Like

You consistently fill sponsorship slots across multiple events in multiple cities every month

You create recurring sponsorship packages with brands so we are not starting from zero for every event

You maintain organized tracking and clean handoffs so the pipeline is always clear and moving

You improve sponsor conversion through disciplined follow up and continuous messaging iteration

Required Experience

Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship sales

Strong outbound experience using email and LinkedIn as primary channels

Comfortable getting on virtual sales calls with camera on and presenting professionally

Excellent written and verbal communication with short, confident, relevant messaging

Comfort speaking with senior decision makers and handling objections naturally

Hands on experience using ChatGPT in daily workflows for outreach, personalization, and deal support

Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience selling sponsorships for events, media, communities, or B2B platforms

Relationships with marketing tech companies and B2B tech companies

Familiarity with testing messaging angles and value propositions

Comfort working in a fast moving, high standards environment

Time Commitment and Contract Type

Contract role, remote

Start part time with the opportunity to scale based on performance and event volume

Base + Earn 10% to 15% of the total sponsorship package you sell.

Average about $48,000 sponsorship inventory to be sold at a monthly basis per position.
