Your Responsibilities 

 

     International Sales

 



  • International sales and account management for allocated customers of customized and standard components, optical systems and solutions Life Science & Medical EMEA (LS&M) with focus on Nordic region (Scandinavia, Baltikum)



 

     Business Development

 



  • Business development (acquisition of new customers and/ or new projects with existing customers) for the Nordic region.



 

     Management of Customer Needs

 



  • Identify customer needs and expectations, elaborate tailored customer solutions in cooperation with the business segments; Evaluation, creation and processing of customer quotations



 

     Customer Management

 



  • Continuous customer management (leading price and contract negotiations as well as handling the information flow between the customers and the internal organisation)

 

     Market and Technology Trends

 



  • Screening of critical new market and technology trends as well as evaluation of (new) customers and customers´ requirements in the focus markets.



 

     Order Management

 



  • Responsible for the monitoring of the order management and turnover process for the assigned account base



 

 

Your Profile 

 



  • Successfully completed technical or business degree or comparable qualification



 



  • Experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the fields of life science, optics or high-tech



 



  • Preferred location: Sweden or Denmark (home-based)



 



  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills



 



  • Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style



 



  • Good English skills
