The Opportunity

As we build a sustainably profitable company focused on long-term founder success, we're seeking results-driven BDRs to generate qualified opportunities for our revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound activities

    Research and identify decision-makers using multiple channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, industry publications)

    Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, social)

    Engage directly with C-suite and senior executives at high-growth eCommerce companies

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets

    Qualify prospects using established sales methodology and handoff seamlessly to Account Executives

    Stay current on eCommerce industry trends, challenges, and terminology

    Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously optimize results

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of BDR experience, bonus for financial services experience

      Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

      Experience with Account Based Marketing/Selling approaches

      Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives

      Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization abilities

      Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

      Genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed
