Business Development Representative
United Green Connections is a national cannabis brokerage and procurement firm specializing in connecting cultivators, processors, and retailers. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to focus on the New York cannabis market, sourcing inventory and supporting deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to New York–licensed cannabis operators
- Source and procure cannabis inventory, including flower, concentrates, and bulk inputs
- Identify new buying and selling opportunities within the NY market
- Manage and grow relationships with existing New York accounts
- Track active deals, pricing, and communications within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal team members to match buyer demand with seller inventory
- Monitor New York market trends, pricing, and supply conditions
- Support deal execution, including follow-ups on agreements, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with New York regulations
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in cannabis, B2B sales, wholesale, or procurement
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals
- Familiarity with New York cannabis licensing, compliance, and product categories
- Experience using CRM systems (Distru) and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in a developing market
