Compdata Surveys & Consulting is a leading consumer and enterprise resource for compensation data, software, consulting, and education. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities to expand their product reach.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone, email and social media outreach campaigns
  • Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
  • Design and execute territory specific plans with Account Executive sales partners
  • Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
