They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities, helping to drive sales growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Daily: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and cold calling to generate new business
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly targets for opportunity creation and sales activity
  • Qualify Leads: Identify client needs, engage with prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
  • Maintain CRM: Document outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and accurate reporting
  • Promote Intralinks: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Intralinks' value proposition to corporate, legal, and banking professionals
  • Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor your outreach
  • Learn Intralinks’ Offerings: Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of success in a prospecting or lead generation sales role
  • Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving team goals
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft
  • Fluency in French
  • Advanced Excel skills
