Magnitech is seeking a Business Development Representative to increase local awareness and generate qualified sales opportunities through outreach and relationship-building. The role focuses on opening doors and creating conversations within the local business community, while sales closing is handled by leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to local and regional businesses
  • Represent Magnitech at local networking events, chambers, trade groups, and community functions
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (CPAs, attorneys, brokers, consultants)
  • Assist with follow‑up, appointment setting, and warm handoffs to leadership
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in our CRM/PSA
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and grassroots marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, targeting, and campaign ideas

Skills
