Business Development Representative
PERSUIT® is building out its Go-To-Market team and is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
- Drive outbound contact to book meetings with target personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and schedule meetings
- Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up in our CRM
- Continuously learn about PERSUIT's product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video, phone cadencing
- A background in legal or legal tech
- Prior experience selling into legal, procurement, or professional services teams
- A track record of exceeding targets in a previous role
