We are building a high-performance outbound sales team that books qualified meetings with decision-makers across the U.S.

The Role:

This is NOT a call center/Customer Support role.

We are hiring experienced B2B SaaS SDRs who have consistently booked meetings in the U.S. market and understand outbound sales at a strategic level.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting — from cold calling to booking qualified meetings.

What You’ll Own

150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S companies

Getting 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month

Multi-touch outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)

Handling real objections (not just script reading)

Qualifying based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, MEDDIC methods

Working closely with Account Executives for clean handoffs

Logging structured notes in CRM

Required Experience

2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns

Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S based B2B companies

Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S accounts

Strong outbound cold calling background (not just warm leads)

Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions

Familiarity with tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Justcall will be an added advantage
