Spheric is an Energy Managed Service Provider that simplifies energy management for businesses. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage decision-makers and book qualified meetings for the Director of Sales through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to dealership and commercial prospects
  • Introduce Future Energy’s value proposition and qualify interest
  • Book 15–30 minute virtual meetings directly on the Director of Sales’ calendar
  • Log outreach activity and notes in Zoho CRM
  • Follow up on unanswered leads with additional call attempts
  • Participate in weekly coaching and skill development sessions

Skills

  • Comfort making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Motivation to earn through performance-based compensation
  • Sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred
  • Interest in energy, automotive, or EV industries is a plus
