Job Description

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales process, identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for account executives. Your success will depend on your work ethic, ability to handle rejection, and hunger to learn and grow in the tech sales industry. No prior sales experience is required—just a strong drive to win and willingness to be coached.

Requirements

  • Former collegiate/professional athlete or military veteran

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal skills and competitive spirit

    Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

    Self-motivated with a strong desire to break into tech sales

    Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (training provided)

    Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA



Responsibilities



  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and networking

    Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales representatives

    Maintain organized records of prospecting activities in the CRM

    Follow a structured outreach cadence and sales playbook

    Continuously improve by participating in training, feedback sessions, and coaching

    Represent Shift Group and our partner companies with professionalism and enthusiasm
