ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly Business Development (Sales) Representative with exceptional sales know-how, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing partnerships to close new clients for our agency. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, generating new sales opportunities, and passing on qualified leads for our team to close. This role will start out on a part-time, commission-basis, with the intention of transitioning to full-time (assuming strong performance).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​​​​​​Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion
Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively
Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years in sales or business development (preferably for a staffing or recruiting agency)
Professional written and verbal fluency in English
Outstanding sales knowledge, interpersonal problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
