About the role
Our Regulatory Services team are looking for a Business Improvement Analyst who will take responsibility to understand business processes to allow for effective requirements capture for a requested business change through to eventual release. This is a one-year fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
Take responsibility to understand and map business processes to allow for effective requirements capture for a requested business change through to eventual release
Capture the business requirements for a change in terms that are understandable to the business and also to IT, utilising common and understandable terminology/ definitions
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for business process optimisation, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies
Select, adopt and adapt appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques; selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis to appropriately identify requirements for changes to and optimisation of business processes
Own and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, defect triage, and ensuring successful business validation and sign-off prior to release

To be a successful Business Improvement Analyst, you will need:
Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in a regulated environment.
Proficient in Business Analysis Techniques, Business Process Improvement Techniques, Information Modelling Tools and Appraisal Techniques
Demonstrable experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application
Demonstrated proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset
Proficient in stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of Regulatory requirements relevant to Regulatory Services
