Business / Project Manager
The Odigo Group is seeking a Business/Project Manager. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence at scale. Must have prior project management experience working on a Microsoft project or engagement and be v-eligible upon hire.
In this role, you will own critical business operations, including rhythm of the business (ROB) planning and execution, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and process optimization. You will also support business planning through data analysis, helping translate operational data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.
The role requires strong fluency in Microsoft tools and systems to deliver clarity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure initiatives are landed with excellence.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive communication skills, proven adaptability in ambiguous environments, and experience navigating Microsoft’s processes, culture, and stakeholders to accelerate results.
Responsibilities
Drive rhythm of the business (ROB) planning and execution
Strategic program and project management
Cross-team coordination and alignment

Support business planning through light data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
Thought partnership with engineering and business leadership

Change management and initiative landing
Leverage Microsoft tools and systems to enable visibility and decision-making

Qualifications
5+ years experience as a business, project, or program manager
Must have experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., managing projects with Microsoft as the client)
Business management experience preferred
Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
Experience using data to support business planning and operational decision-making
Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms, including Power BI, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
