BUSINESS SERVICE ASSISTANT (SPECIALIST)
State Compensation Insurance Fund is California’s largest provider of workers’ compensation insurance, and they are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Business Services Assistant (Specialist). This role involves providing administrative support through Records Management and performing a variety of routine technical and analytical activities under the supervision of the Business Services Officer I.
Responsibilities
- Ability to organize, maintain, and retrieve physical and electronic records in accordance with established records retention schedules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when producing, reviewing, and tracking documents and equipment inventory
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to draft and maintain procedures for the various process in the RMO unit
- Provide requested material in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate and lead in minor projects and related duties as assigned based on business needs
- Must be dependable, punctual, able to multitask, and flexible
