About the opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Solution Specialist with deep expertise in Sales Cloud to partner with business stakeholders and deliver scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions, driving platform enhancements, and leading end-to-end delivery across Salesforce initiatives.

What you'll get to do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements

Translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and user stories

Serve as a Salesforce Sales Cloud SME, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities and best practices

Lead and support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Perform Salesforce administration and configuration (declarative), including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security model

Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architecture standards

Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and solution feasibility evaluations

Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions

Maintain and enhance Salesforce documentation, knowledge base, and release communications

Drive process improvements and adoption through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement

Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives and projects

Required skills & experience

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BSA, or similar role

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative development)

Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements end-to-end

Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant

Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud (nice to have)

Familiarity with Sales processes such as GoToMarket processes, Sales Compensation / Incentives, Outreach, Forecasting and Revenue Intelligence

Familiarity with Agentforce

Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce
