The Business Transformation Associate Director is responsible for leading and delivering enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into execution, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business outcomes across people, process, and technology.  This highly visible role reports directly to our Chief Operations Officer.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, milestone, and success metrics.

Identify opportunities for operational, digital, organizational, and cultural transformation across the business.

Lead end-to-end transformation programs, from ideation and business case development through implementation and value realization.

Drive complex cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Finance, IT, IS, HR, Sales Ops, and other functions.

Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and progress updates.

Establish governance structures, decision forums, and escalations paths for transformation initiatives.

Influence and align stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and sustained adoption.

Develop and execute change management strategies to support behavioral and cultural change.

Measure adoption and address resistance to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Identify transformation risks, interdependencies, and constraints early.

Proactively manage issues, resolve blockers, and mitigate risks across initiatives.

Promote a culture of agility, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 

Key Qualifications and Skills:
10-15 years of total experience, including 7+ years working in business transformation, strategy, program management, or operational improvement

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in mid-to-large organizations

Experience working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (cost savings, revenue growth, productivity improvement, customer experience or risk reduction)

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable plans

Advanced problem‑solving and structured analytical skills

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations

Technical proficiency in technology and Information Technology Services and ability to develop metrics and derive business insights

Six Sigma or equivalent experience in quality and efficiency methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes
