<h3><span><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></span></h3>
<p><span>As a member of our Premier Buyer Account Management Team, the Buyer Account Manager - Mobile will drive GMV growth by servicing a group of large B2B mobile buyers. The Buyer Account Manager - Mobile will be responsible for supporting and growing mobile buyers by applying their experience in secondary-market mobile B2B sales, operations, and buyer management. Additionally, this individual will work cross-functionally with our seller account management, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide further operational support.

This person would report directly to the Vice President of Buyer Growth.<br><br></span></p>
<h3><span><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span>Manage a cohort of large mobile buyers (“Premier” buyers) currently purchasing on B-Stock</span></li>
<li><span>Be a hyper-responsive single point of contact for Premier mobile buyers</span></li>
<li><span>Drive cohort GMV, bidding activity, and dispute resolution</span></li>
<li><span>Develop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock’s business model, platform, solutions, and value</span></li>
<li><span>Develop an in-depth knowledge of every B-Stock mobile marketplace, including inventory condition, schedules, inventory sources, individual facilities and their variances, inventory forecasts, and any other detail related to mobile transactions.</span></li>
<li><span>Execute buyer outreach via phone call, email, and text</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure successful transactions by providing excellent and consistent day-to-day operational support to buyers. Solve issues and remove barriers related to payments, shipping, or other services as needed</span></li>
<li><span>Work closely with Seller Account Management, Product, CS, and other teams to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new processes for an improved Premier mobile buyer experience</span></li>
<li><span>Reporting and analysis of large buyer acquisition and activity. Maintain Salesforce records for buyers</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain constant awareness of the overall mobile industry, specifically secondary mobile markets, competitor activities, and challenges </span></li>
<li><span>Exceed operational metrics: Total cohort buyer spend, buyer transaction growth, churned buyer rate, dispute rate</span></li>
<li><span>Drive buyer onboarding: Successfully convert mobile prospects into active registered bidders by delivering demos, education, and high-touch platform support</span></li>
<li><span>Up to 20% travel expectation, including relevant mobile trade shows, buyer visits, and more. <br><br></span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SKILLS</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span>3+ years of experience with Enterprise B2B Liquidation Sales or Account Management in the <strong>Mobile</strong> secondary market</span></li>
<li><span>Coachable and can work well independently and collaboratively</span></li>
<li><span>Outgoing and personable disposition, eager to create new relationships, not afraid to call people</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to manage expectations and drive the behavior of people with strong personalities</span></li>
<li><span>Experience with, and/or an understanding of the marketplace business model</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent executive function, follow-through, and resilience. </span></li>
<li><span>Persuasive verbal communication skills</span></li>
<li><span>Proven ability and willingness to work with tight deadlines and quick response times</span></li>
<li><span>Proficient in MS Office or G-Suite, Salesforce.com, and other CRM platforms</span></li>
<li><span>The ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems</span></li>
<li><span>Experience managing a revenue target and quota</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li><span>Knowledge or Understanding of B2B e-commerce, ERP (enterprise resource planning), logistics software solutions, or SaaS (Software as a Service)</span></li>
<li><span>Experience working in a start-up-like environment</span></li>
<li><span>Desire to work in a detail-oriented environment with large transactions</span></li>
<li><span>College degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience<br></span></li>

<p><span>The pay rate for this role will range between $75,000 to $86,000, per annum.
