We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Buyer Support Services Specialist to join our S2P Team.

With you we will: 

Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement.  

Support negotiation process with predefined suppliers, prepare a request for information/request for proposal;  

Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts etc.;  

Conduct Supplier Research and populate predefined templates on supplier information  

Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;  

Non-standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 –00:00.

Key requirements: 

An experienced professional in analytics  

Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel  

A great communicator and a team player  

A professional with customer-first mindset  

Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
