✨ Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Specialist
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timely processing of client data
Review and approve account classifications, reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, payroll), and general ledger accuracy
Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate transactions within the G/L
Maintain organized financial records and filing systems (digital and physical)
Support accounting projects and perform routine audits of transactional data, reports, and system functionality
💼 What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Certificate of 2-year associates preferred

Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office 2007 or later
Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Team player with a positive “can-do” approach
A general and growing knowledge of firm products and services in the practice area, and a general knowledge of products and services in other practice areas
