Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable CAD Drafter to support ongoing commercial permit projects. This is a remote role with a steady pipeline of small and medium-sized projects. Work primarily involves updating and assembling 2D AutoCAD drawings using provided templates and redlines.

Project Details:
• Typical effort: 5–8 hours per project
• Compensation: $30/hour (or $150–$240 per project, depending on scope)
• Ongoing work: Multiple projects available per week (based on workload)

Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with redlines
• Familiarity with commercial plans (tenant improvements, basic code layouts a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable communication and turnaround times

Nice to Have:
• Experience with permit sets or city submittals
• Familiarity with storage rack layouts or light industrial projects
