About the role, Your Impact
Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a CAD Technician in our Cedar Park, TX office. This position will assist with the design and production of a variety of Municipal facilities and land development projects.
What your day-to-day will look like
Produce and edit Municipal Water/Wastewater drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Produce and edit land development plans, including site plans, E&S control plans, grading plans, utility plans, and detention and water quality ponds.
Produce and edit Underground Utility and Infrastructure Plan & Profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Produce and edit various Exhibits.
Produce, edit, and maintain various details.
Must-haves, what you will bring
5 or more years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D manipulating Paper Space, Model Space, and Base Drawings, to produce civil engineering plans for water, wastewater, storm water and roadway infrastructure systems.
Experience using AutoCAD REVIT and/or MEP is a plus.
Experience with Municipal pump stations, lift stations, and/or treatment facilities is a plus.
Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and writing skills.
Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of projects.
Compensation:The hourly rate for this position is $32.00-$42.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
